A monitored employee is an active employee profile allowed to use the Windows tracking app. Disabled employees do not count. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?: Your trial starts when you choose a plan. You can start without a credit card. Add a payment method before the trial ends to continue; otherwise the subscription ends and your data is kept.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Changes are prorated automatically. You cannot downgrade below the number of employees you currently monitor.
Who counts as a monitored employee?: Only active employees using the tracking app. Owners, administrators and managers are free unless they are also monitored.
Which currencies do you support?: US dollars and Canadian dollars. Your organization's currency is chosen when you sign up.
How do I cancel?: Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
