Time tracking
Start, pause, resume and stop controls in the Windows app, with offline support. Daily, weekly and monthly totals are calculated in the correct local timezone, including overnight shifts and daylight-saving changes.
Random screenshot monitoring
Configurable random intervals per organization or employee, multi-monitor support, and private encrypted storage. Administrators can disable screenshots entirely and delete history at any time.
Activity tracking
Aggregated keyboard and mouse counts, idle detection and foreground application usage. Activity counts are shown as context, not as a productivity score.
Employee portal
Employees can optionally view their own hours, screenshots and activity. Personal-data access requests are always available regardless of these settings.
Multi-company and multi-role
Owners, admins, managers and employees each see only what their role allows. Consultants who manage several companies switch between them explicitly.
Privacy by design
